DME Ltd Approved Trader

Bookings are only accepted from traders who are on the "DME Approved Trader List." Traders who wish to be added to the list should telephone or Email Us for details of our vetting process PRIOR TO making a booking.

Completed DME Ltd booking forms should be printed out and sent to:

DME Ltd, The Old Schoolhouse, Old Carnon Hill, Carnon Downs, Truro, TR3 6LF.

Payment & Deposit

You should enclose payment in full with your booking form for the 1st Event, plus a 10% deposit for each subsequent event requested. When you attend your 1st event, payment will be required for the 2nd event and so on. The forms will calculate the deposit (inc VAT) for you automatically.

What's Included in the Price?

Each event price is per 'space.' Events held at Truro Piazza have a 6ftx4ft selling space (includes a 6ftx2ft table and electricity) and are charged at £100 + VAT for each 2-day Piazza event. Other shows e.g. Boconnoc, Saltram, tall Ships etc are priced separately and these shows include a 6ft x 4ft trading space (8ft x 4ft for Food & Drink Only events) in a luxury marquee, a 6ft x 2ft sturdy table, electricity, overnight security, marketing and the on-site services of a DME rep.

Single Day Booking?

Please be aware that traders are required to book for the whole event, single day bookings will only be accepted at the Organisers' discretion. Please phone or Email DME Ltd to discuss your requirements if you wish to reserve a space for a single day before sending in the booking form.

Truro Piazza Market - Maximum Spaces

There are a maximum of 39 spaces available for each of the regular Piazza events.

When Do I need a Carrick Street Trader Licence?

Don't forget you need a Carrick Street Trader's Licence (updated 2008v1.1) to trade at our Truro Piazza Events.

CONDITIONS APPLY TO BOOKING OF TRURO CHRISTMAS FAIR (Piazza Market) - Victorian dress is compulsory and bookings are only accepted if 3 other DME events have been booked by the trader during 2008
