Please be aware, when booking, of the following:

You must book sufficient space for your needs.
• Unless stated otherwise a single space = 6' x 4', a space and a half = 9' x 4' and a double space = 12' x 4'.
• We reserve the right to inform you that you will need less or more space.
• We reserve the right to refuse your bookings where your product category is overbooked, e.g. jewellery. We will offer, where possible, alternative dates.
• Limited jewellery spaces – if you do offer jewellery as a secondary product we reserve the right to refuse your booking.
• No sub-letting of space – there will be immediate removal from the market, cancellation of further bookings and removal from the Deborah Martyn Approved Traders List.

The regular Truro (Piazza) markets which have a mixture of food and drink, arts, crafts & gifts in our marquee situated outside the entrance to Marks & Spencer and Debenhams. These high-quality markets give exhibitors a regular “shop-front” in the center of the busiest and most vibrant shopping area in Cornwall. Many of our exhibitors book numerous of these events as they find that the continuity of the markets allows them to build up and develop a regular and loyal customer base.

DME Ltd Special Events 2010

These are annual events that attract many thousands of customers, such as the Shopping Village at Dartmouth Royal Regatta and our celebrated 5 day Victorian Christmas Market which will be featured in the 2010 BBC TV programme, Rick Stein’s Cornish Christmas Special. Each special event has its own individual booking form, which must be completed and returned with the correct deposit.

Bookings are only accepted from traders who are on the "DME Approved Trader List." Traders who wish to be added to the list should telephone or Email Us for details of our vetting process PRIOR TO making a booking.
