- Payment is required in full for your first event plus 10% deposit for all other events requested. The form will calculate this automatically for you unless you do not allow the page to run 'active content.' In this case, you will need to fill out your required deposit manually. - Please note that for 2008 ALL events are to booked through this single form. - Prices are per event per space & single day bookings are only accepted at the Organisers's discretion. - Discounts are available for multi-table bookings at single events. Please call us call to discuss rates. - All Traders require a Carrick Street Traders Licence for DME Ltd Piazza Events. - All dates are subject to change and/or cancellation.
1 - Select each Event that you wish to book from the drop down menu. Please ensure that you enter them in date order with the earliest Event first. 2 - It is VERY IMPORTANT that you select your EARLIEST Event in Row 1. The form relies on this in order to calculate your deposit correctly. 3 - Select the number of spaces at that Event 4 - The form will then calculate the deposit you need to send DME Ltd, including a break down of VAT. 5 - Victorian Christmas Market* - Victorian dress is compulsory and bookings are only accepted if 3 other DME events have been booked by the trader during 2008.

I agree to indemnify DEBORAH MARTYN EVENTS LIMITED against any claims for loss or damage to my goods and against any claims that may arise against me as a result of my acts, omissions or errors. I understand that it is my responsibility to obtain public liability insurance cover. A Carrick Street Traders Licence is required for Truro Events only.
