General Information - This section will not be printed

- Payment is required in full for your first event booking along with a single rolling deposit payment (in case of cancellation) of £110 + VAT at 20%. The form will show your deposit automatically unless you do not allow the page to run 'active content' in which case, you will need to fill out your required deposit manually.
- Prices are per 2-day event and per space. Single day bookings are only accepted at the Organiser's discretion.
- Prices shown are for a single space.
- All Traders require a Cornwall Council Street Traders Licence for DME Ltd Piazza Events.
- All dates are subject to change and/or cancellation.

Choosing Your Events

1 - Select each Event that you wish to book from the drop down menu.
2 - It is VERY IMPORTANT that you select your events in date order..
3 - The form will then calculate the deposit you need to send DME Ltd.
4 - Select space(s) required. The table will show price for space and a half and double space.
5 - The Last Chance Show is available to Traders and Exhibitors who have completed at least one other DME Ltd Truro Piazza Market in 2012.

I agree to indemnify DEBORAH MARTYN EVENTS LIMITED against any claims for loss or damage to my goods and against any claims that may arise against me as a result of my acts, omissions or errors. I understand that it is my responsibility to obtain public liability insurance cover. A Cornwall Council Street Traders Licence is required for Truro Events only. I further agree to abide by the DME Ltd terms and conditions for this booking.
