General Information - This section will not be printed

- Payment is required in full for your first event plus a single payment of £100 + VAT (17.5%) if booking multiple events. The form will calculate your deposit automatically unless you do not allow the page to run 'active content' in which case, you will need to fill out your required deposit manually.
- Prices are per event per space & single day bookings are only accepted at the Organisers's discretion.
- Discounts are available for multi-table bookings at single events. Please call us to discuss rates.
- All Traders require a Cornwall Council Street Traders Licence for DME Ltd Piazza Events.
- All dates are subject to change and/or cancellation.

The Piazza Market 19-20 Nov is SOLD OUT. Please email us if you wished to be placed onto a waiting list.

1 - Select each Event that you wish to book from the drop down menu.
2 - It is VERY IMPORTANT that you select your events in date order. The form relies on this in order to calculate your deposit correctly.
3 - The form will then calculate the deposit you need to send DME Ltd, including a break down of VAT.

I agree to indemnify DEBORAH MARTYN EVENTS LIMITED against any claims for loss or damage to my goods and against any claims that may arise against me as a result of my acts, omissions or errors. I understand that it is my responsibility to obtain public liability insurance cover. A Cornwall Council Street Traders Licence is required for Truro Events only. I further agree to abide by the DME Ltd terms and conditions for this booking.
